DMS Safety Mail
Privacy policy
Effective 25 August 2026
Overview
DMS Safety Mail is a private, single-user tool. It uses Google OAuth and the Gmail API only to send transactional email authorized by its owner. It is not available to other users.
Data accessed and used
The integration processes only what is needed to send email:
- the owner's Gmail address;
- OAuth client credentials and authorization tokens; and
- outbound recipient, subject, and message content.
It does not read or list mailbox messages, contacts, Google profile data, or files. Google user data is used only to provide the send-only functionality described on this site.
Storage and protection
OAuth credentials, refresh tokens, and the owner's address are stored as encrypted Cloudflare Worker Secrets rather than in source code or public configuration. The site itself uses no cookies, analytics, tracking scripts, account registration, or data-entry forms.
Sharing
Personal data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared for unrelated purposes. Google processes OAuth and Gmail API requests, and Cloudflare processes the Worker and encrypted secrets, solely as service providers needed to operate the integration.
Retention, revocation, and deletion
Authorization data is retained only while the owner keeps the integration active. The owner can revoke access from Google Account permissions and remove the corresponding Cloudflare Worker Secrets. Revocation stops new access tokens from being issued; removal of the secrets deletes the stored integration credentials.
Google API data policy
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Contact
